DATE : 30/01/2023 PLACE  : H. H. MARTHOMA MATHEWS II TRAINING COLLEGE AUDITORIUM, ADOOR A quiz competition was held for other students of the college under the leadership of the social science club on the occasion of the 74th republic day of India.  Nithyapriya, Ancy and Gautham were the quiz masters.  30 questions were asked in 3 rounds.  8 teams competed in various departments.  Teachers and other students were also present.  Intevellgors were Aparna, Nafila and Jusin.  Vipin and lidiya bagged the first prize and Athira and Revathi bagged the second prize.

    REPUBLIC DAY Republic Day  is the day when India marks and celebrates the date on which the  Constitution of India  came into effect on 26 January 1950. This replaced the  Government of India Act 1935  as the governing document of India, thus turning the nation into a  republic  separate from  British Raj . [1]  The constitution was adopted by the  Indian Constituent Assembly  on 26 November 1949 and came into effect on 26 January 1950. 26 January was chosen as the date for Republic Day as it was on that day in 1930 when the  Declaration of Indian Independence  was proclaimed by the  Indian National Congress .

MARTHOMA MATHEWS II TRAINING COLLEGE AUDITORIUM, ADOOR Today the subject association of physical science and mathematics batch was conducted.  The programs were kitchen dance by physical science girls, comedy news presentation by bipin, song of Fr Akhil, devotional dance by Rashmi and Avani, presentation on the invention of ancient scientific instruments by Rincy, dance by Gokul-Athira-Donna-Navami.

  DATE : 11/01/2023 PLACE  : Seminar Hall A workshop on Bloom's Taxonomy which is a part of B.Ed syabulls and foundation of teaching was conducted in college today for 2022-24 batch.  The class was taken by Rosamma teacher, who serves as the principal of Mount Tabor training college, Pathanapuram.  After assembly of mathematics batch, college principal nimmi teacher welcomed Rosamma teacher.  Rosamma teacher gave a gift to Akhil Achan of our class for attaining priesthood.  After that the classes started.  What is blooms taxonomy?  Who brought it up?  Definitions of bloom's taxonomy, 3 domains, 6 major objectives in cognitive domain, revised blooms taxonomy, lesson plan, educational implications of blooms taxonomy were explained by the teacher.  Through this class I got to understand what blooms taxonomy is and how to apply this theory in lesson plan and classroom.
